We provide free standard shipping on orders over $99 USD after discounts are applied.

We offer standard and express shipping. Available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed in local currency at checkout.

Once an order is placed, your item will be processed and shipped in 3 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Standard international shipping, delivery time, and shipping cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the country. Shipping costs are in USD or the equivalent amount in your selected currency.

Currently we do not ship to  Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, India, Ukraine and Belarus.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid. All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to the local customs policy. According to customs regulations, Shopcider cannot declare purchased items as gifts or list an amount lower than the actual product price. Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.

 


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics-related issues, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days of the order date.

 


SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

For orders shipped to remote locations, we can reach your destination through Standard Shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and US Territories at this time.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.


REFUSED SHIPMENTS

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact LILY so that we can get you sorted.

If you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization from us, you’ll be responsible for all shipping charges.


REDIRECTING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!


ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm will be shipped same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
